  Location fantastic from kawaguchiko station. Centre spot of Mount Fuji. Staff spoke good english, pleasant and helped me with my lost ticket. Facilities are fanstastic, free wifi, internet, coffee, recreation area.. Hot running Onsen upstairs and clean toilet facilities. Traditional japanese single room with TV, futon, kettle and very clean and ... hva folk sier » quiet. Overall my stay at kawaguchiko station and the views of mount fuji were the highlight of my trip to japan. - Location is great, very near the train station. I stayed in the Japanese- style room and it was good. The room is spacious for Japanese standards and the shared toilet was clean. The communal bathroom is clean and of good space too. Staff was very friendly. They let us keep our bag for 36 hours until we came back from a climb in the mountain and everything was safe there.

  It was great to experience japanese royken + onsen at resonable price. It is a beautiful place with a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji (had the room Fuji), staff was nice and helpful, good room, clean. Wifi access. Location was good, nearby the lake and ca. 30 min walk from station. Highly recommended. - Staffs are nice and friendly but can speak littl... hva folk sier » e English.
