  Loved the Japanese-style room-very spacious and comfortable and we got a view of Mt. Fuji, also enjoyed the private onsen (with reservation), staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions - I stayed in 3 different Ryokans in Lake Kawaguchiko in this trip, the onsen in Oike Hotel is the BEST. I stayed in Oike for 2 nights. I will... hva folk sier » definitely stay in this hotel for my future trip there.

  I stayed in two seperate rooms over two days on opposite sides of the hotel. The first had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji, and the second a perfect view of Fujikawaguchiko Lake. - Beautiful Lakeside Location on the shores a beautiful Lake. Outstanding French restaurant in the Hotel with exceptional Food.

  Loved the atmosphere and that people were friendly and easy. Also loved that the staff had a good recommendation for a restaurant when we wanted a kind of food that was not represented on the hotel restaurant list. Staff was helpful. Shuttle to the train station was extremely convenient. Walking distance from some key attractions.
