  Friendly English-speaking owner who picked us at the train station and sent us back on our departure day. He even sent us to the theme park which was a short drive away. Good location - near lakes, attractions , supermarket, restaurants & convenient stores.

  Pension Kamifusen is a place well-worth the stay for the night at Kawaguchiko. We received a lot of help and understanding from the owners, despite our inability to communicate effectively. The owners were genuinely helpful and friendly. They offered to fetch us to the bus station when we missed the timing for the bus at the bus-stop nearer to Ka... hva folk sier » mifusen. In addition, the place had excellent decorations which make you feel warmth and cosy. Excellent food were also served, with taste of the foo - Really warm hospitality and the owner made arrangements for the participants in the 2013 Fujisan Marathon, something I really appreciate alot! The breakfast was awesome , western and eastern fusion of rice,. Miso soup and omelette/ham/salad/.salmon

  although the hotel was 2 km from the train station the owner came to pick us and retuned us in the next day. the place itself is not new but well kept　and maintained.　at the time of our arrival we were the only guests in the hotel, which shortly became an advantage, because we had the whole bath for ourselves. the brakefest was very good, we love... hva folk sier » d it. i am defenetly recommand on this place!!!! - The inn is located at a quite good location, which is within walking distance from Kawaguchiko station and close to the lake. Also there are two combini stores just next to the inn. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the view of Fujisan from the room was amazing.

We had a spectacular view from our room, and the Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park we went to visit was a five minute walk away, also seen from our window.
