Location fantastic from kawaguchiko station. Centre spot of Mount Fuji. Staff spoke good english, pleasant and helped me with my lost ticket. Facilities are fanstastic, free wifi, internet, coffee, recreation area.. Hot running Onsen upstairs and clean toilet facilities. Location is great, very near the train station. I stayed in the Japanese-
style room and it was good. The room is spacious for Japanese standards
and the shared toilet was clean. The communal bathroom is clean and of
good space too. Staff was very friendly. They let us keep our bag for 36
hours until we came back from a climb in the mountain and everything was
safe there.

Excellent location - you can see it from the train station. Staff can speak English. They have a locked luggage storage room and kept our luggage for us while we climbed Fuji overnight (we had checked out the previous morning). They offer breakfast of toast with jam, juice, salad and unlimited tea and coffee for 180y. There is also a restaurant for dinner. Rooms were large with fridge, TV, large cupboard space and hangers.
