  A truly Japanese experience. We hand a japanese style room, with a picture postcard view of the lake and mount fuji in the distance. Upon arrival, we were served tea in our room. The large room was partitioned with a sliding japanese screen doors, dividing the bedroom and seating areas. We opted for the shared bathroom (there is a toilet in the ro... hva folk sier » om). We really didn't know what to expect. It's a traditional, segregated male and female, bathing area. Just what we all needed after a busy day sigh - spacious room with own terrace and bar makes me more relaxing while looking to the lake in front of me. during afternoon before dinner , walking in lake for about 5 mins walk from hotel is very convenient.and we try the japanese style room! was fantastic! should really try to first time in japan.they have also shuttle bus which u can ask to pick u up in nearest station.thier english is pretty understable so probably it will be good enough to zero percent japanese langauage.lots of near japanese

  Loved the atmosphere and that people were friendly and easy. Also loved that the staff had a good recommendation for a restaurant when we wanted a kind of food that was not represented on the hotel restaurant list. Staff was helpful. Shuttle to the train station was extremely convenient. Walking distance from some key attractions. Breakfast was v... hva folk sier » ery high quality. - Room clean and big.nice vue to kawaguchiko lake.breakferst very good lot of choices western and japanise food.personel was very good spoken a little english but ok.Dinner in hotel is very expensive.restaurant close at 7-8pm!!! There is some shops like 7eleven.hotel is close to the station and there is shudle bus form hotel.
