  The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. This was our first stop in Japan, and it was very easy to find and get to (there was a shuttle from the airport), and a great introduction to the country.   All the staff were extremely helpful, very polite and very friendly. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to/from Haneda airport and was only a 10 minute bus ride. Also included in the price was breakfast which I have to say was very tasty, western/Japanese catere - The staffs are really friendly. We stayed there on the first day upon arrival to Tokyo. Then on the last day before we head back to home there are couple of hours when we want to do a short tour in Shibuya. Just tried our luck to see whether we can leave the luggage and yeap... the staff are willing to help although we did not stay there during that day....impressive.

  The hotel room was used from late in the night until early in the morning and it was okay. Nobody in Tokyo has time to explore the hotel booked. It was convenient for that price! - The staff was very professional and accomodating. The hotel was budget-friently, very clean and suited our needs well.

  Very close to the station and a short walk to JR. Breakfast was simple and tasty, but not great. Shower pressure and amenities were good and appreciated. Staff was kind to help me find a bar I was looking for but ended up sending me the wrong direction. Be advised there is Kamata and NISHI-kamata. I learned the hard way. check in was fast.

  Stayed for three nights and found it was a good base to travel into Tokyo, so didn't spend much time in my room. Room was nice and clean. A little hard to find but there is a system to the numbering of Tokyo areas (which is not evident in Korea, where I live) so managed to work out the location of the hotel from the post code. Good price for nice hotel. - This hotel is great for early or late flights out of Haneda, as it is only a 3 min walk to Keikyu Kamata Station, which is 5 stops from Haneda airport. It is perfectly clean and the wired internet is fast. The staff spoke great English and gave us helpful maps and information about the area, which has great shopping, food, and entertainment.
