Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

The location was brilliant, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The views of Juliet's balcony are beautiful and it was very romantic to have it to ourselves at night time and early in the morning. We were very happy with Residenzia La Ricciolina. The manager, Dominique, was very helpful and stayed back to help us in at 1930 on a Friday evening. The apartment was pleasant and quiet even though it was on a busy thoroughfare. There is a busy restaurant next door which was very convenient. Verona was a short drive away. We wished we could have stayed an extra couple of days in Verona but we would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to
take a taxi (7,5 eur).

From arrival to departure the staff were excellent and helpful, all reception staff spoke good English. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.
