  The location, staff, and ameneties were fantastic. Wonderful experience all around - I really liked the hotel and will be going back there again. Very nice room/suite in probably the best location in Verona. Very helpful staff who were there when you needed them without being unduly solicitous. Room maintained to a very high standard.   The location was perfect for my first visit to beautiful Verona. My room and the entire facility was tastefully and uniquely decorated, warm and welcoming. As for the service...the staff at the Palazzo Victoria understand very well the meaning of customer service and consistently deliver. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms of a very high standard. The air conditioning worked perfectly and appreciated given the 32 degree heat outside. The breakfast was excellent.
