The location of this hotel was perfect, half way between the two main squares in Verona and just over a five minute walk to the Arena.
The room was lovely and quiet. The bathroom was really large and well equipped. The room was really quiet. We didn't hear anything during our stay.
Breakfast was great with lots of choice and scrambled eggs, which was a nice extra. Cold drinks and prosecco were free during the day until 5pm in the lounge are?

Everything. For visiting Verona I can't think of a better solution
for accommodation. It is very well located in a nice area a few minutes
walk from the old town. Free high speed wifi. Parking inside the
building at a very competitive price only 10 euro which is very unusual
when travelling in Italy. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist.

our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

This apartment is by the far best one we've stayed at in Europe. It
was a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and included breakfast. The
staff would come in each day and clean the apartment and leave breakfast
for the next morning. This is unheard of in Europe. They also gave us a

We were very happy with Residenzia La Ricciolina. The manager, Dominique, was very helpful and stayed back to help us in at 1930 on a Friday evening. The apartment was pleasant and quiet even though it was on a busy thoroughfare. There is a busy restaurant next door which was very convenient. Verona was a short drive away. We wished we could have stayed an extra couple of days in Verona but we would be very happy to stay there again in the future.
