Christina was there to check me into the B&B. She was very helpful and provided a map with many tips for visits.
I like the location! It's walking distance from the train station and to the Arena.
The apartment and the room I stayed in was clean and airconditioned. The bath is also clean and dry.
Breakfast was better than what i expected!
I will come back again for short stays.
First Time in a bed and breakfast, was realy stylish, some of the rooms are small, but stylish and functional, for spending 1 or 2 nights perfect accomodation. Convenient location between railway station and historic centre, very nice personnel, breakfast is something more than coffee and croissant. We were allowed to drop the luggage and then check in earlier than normal hour as we had an early flight to Verona.

Easy to walk to all the sites from the hotel. Very clean and lovely place to stay. Was very grateful that there were snacks in the room as I fell asleep and missed dinner. Breakfast was the best I had in Italy. Would stay again.
Very comfortable beds, good WiFi reception (free), super location (close to the Arena and central squares. We were very well taken care of by Cristina (receptionist, bell boy, cleaning lady and hotel manager).

I was told that the credit card payment facility was down - had to pay in cash which was unexpected.
The wall were kind thin and you could hear your other apartment dwellers in their room but can't complain for this price.
Extremely small room - basically it was 30 cm around the bed where you can hardly push your suitcase. Same is related to the shower cabin - if you are a little bigger than skinny you will have a lot of contact with cabin walls while taking shower. Missing soundproofing - you will hear everything what happens in the hall and neighbouring rooms. The price lookes somewhat too much considering location (not centre of town) and accomodation level - we booked it due to earlier check-in option only.
- The negative thing was that the woman waiting for me did not speak any English, but even though we could communicate in the end!.
The only minor things to complain about were: There was only one bedlamp and the lock of the mail toilet door needed greasing.

1) I was asked one week before staying about arrival time; I indicated 18:15-18:30 and arrived at 18:20, but nobody was there. I had to phone and to wait for somebody to come.
2)permanent problems with hot water
3)no fresh bread/croissants for breakfast
4)bad sound isolation
5)staff didn't understand a word in English or French.
-"Breakfast" was just packaged sweets.
-The woman who greeted us did did not speak English.
