The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!

The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.
Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.

This hotel is a gem. The room was fantastic, easy walk to San Marco and the staff was lovely. I would highly recommend it. If you are physically impaired, access is difficult as it it on the third floor (only 5 glorious rooms). This place should be 4 stars!!! - This was perfect for a short stay in Venice. I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.
