  We loved everything about Ca' Gottardi. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Fabio was a delight, and Luke must be the most friendly and positive Italian guy we have met on our trip :) The room we had was one with a view (ask for second building) and required walking up some stairs, but we did not mind! The snacks in lobby were always available,... hva folk sier » and mostly gluten free :) Delicious coffee, cappuccino and more always available to enjoy with your biscotti...Wonderful breakfast with melon, prosci - Very nice accommodations: understated classy decor, very clean, very large bathroom, very secure & safe, wonderful selection for a lovely European breakfast, every staff member friendly and helpful, great location (away from the touristy centers but only 10-15 minutes to all of Venice by foot). Heat wave came and the AC went out but in 24 hours they had a great portable one that worked great. A little more costly than we had planned to spend but felt it was worth it in the end. Would defin

  Da vi skulle sjekke inn fikk vi beskjed om at hotellet var overbooket, og at vi fikk et rom på et annet hotell/innkvartering. Vi var blitt oppgradert til et bedre rom. Det var vel neppe et hotell, men mer som et leilighetshotell uten kjøkken muligheter mv. Rommet var helt flott, og sikkert bedre enn det vi egentlig skulle ha hatt på hotel Casa Ve... hva folk sier » rardo. Vår innkvartering lå ca. 1 min fra Verardo. - The warm welcome and homely atmosphere. It was a perfect setting for the venetian ambience.   We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. But allround this was a beautiful hotel, very happy :) - Hotel Corte dei Greci is a charming spot in the quiet heart of Venice, just a few minutes walk from the bubbling over, overwhelming S.Marco square. As it was recently refurbished the room was very neat, almost shining. The furniture is well chosen and above all brand new. It's like getting in a private home. I stronlgy advise it.

  et sjarmerende sted - We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good.
