Very nice accommodations: understated classy decor, very clean, very large bathroom, very secure & safe, wonderful selection for a lovely European breakfast, every staff member friendly and helpful, great location (away from the touristy centers but only 10-15 minutes to all of Venice by foot). Da vi skulle sjekke inn fikk vi beskjed om at hotellet var overbooket, og at vi fikk et rom på et annet hotell/innkvartering. Vi var blitt oppgradert til et bedre rom. Det var vel neppe et hotell, men mer som et leilighetshotell uten kjøkken muligheter mv. Rommet var helt flott, og sikkert bedre enn det vi egentlig skulle ha hatt på hotel Casa Ve

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. As it was recently refurbished the room was very neat, almost shining. The furniture is well chosen and above all brand new. It's like getting in a private home. I stronlgy advise it.
