The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!

The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.
Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff helped us with our luggage, which was certainly not expected, but very much appreciated. The hotel was beautifully presented and maintained, and helped give that feeling of antiquity that you get in Venice.

Lovely small hotel with friendly, helpful staff and in a quiet but central position. The hotel recommended best water taxi company to use, and made sure that although we arrived outside reception hours [1 pm] we could leave our bags safely and go for some lunch until 3pm when reception opens. We look forward to staying here again, and will be recommending Antica Casa Coppo to any friends coming to Venice

The location is good. Take waterbus line 1 (towards Lido) or line 2 (towards S Marco) and get off at Accademia. Cross the bridge n pass the museum you will find a little bridge next to a cafe. You will see the signboard of Casa Arte.
