This is a great place to stay. It was very easy to get to and has a beautiful view of Venice. Giudecca is very peaceful, which provides a nice break from the crowds. Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Small hotel but beautifully presented. Our room had a real baroque feeling which delighted my 16 year old daughter. The location was outstanding. Our room overlooked a canal and watching the gondoliers passing was an added bonus. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.

We stayed at the Three Bedroom Apartment San Marco, fantastic location. Only about 150 metres up a walk way from Rialto Water Bus Stop, which is also a stop for the airport boat. A short 5 min walk into San Marco Square. Close to supermarket and nice little coffee shops. Very large apartment with lots of room for us - 2 adults and 3 kids.
