Staff fantastic, friendly, heartfelt, did the extra to make our stay magnificent. Perfect house keeping, concierge and room with welcome drinks in the room for parents and kids. Food and drinks delicate. Well selected toilet amenities. -

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable of their town so they could tell us the best places to go. I arrived a week to soon (oops) and with the good attitude of giacomo (we got an upgrade to the available room the grand canal suite with a small extra) but we had a fantastic time.
-the staff is very attentive and they are well informed about your needs/ wishes

- that saturday was a djset/party in the hotel, we got a couple free drinks and there was a good athmosphere
