The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The
reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of
breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of
the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided.
The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel.
The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and
most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily

I would definitely recommend this beatiful hotel to anyone - especially couples- planning to visit Venice. It is very convieniently located on the Grand Canal just opposite the reailway station. This is especially important if you are arriving by train from other cities in Italy. The best thing here is the receptionists. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you very much Adriano and Massimo. There was no noise at all and I was able to sleep well. I don't know how it sounds in the holiday season, though. The hotel is not far away from St. Mark. You can walk or take take ?bus" to it. By "the bus" stop Academia is a small restaurant owned by a family from Tunisia. Amany was a great hostess there.

The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat. It was really great staying in this hotel. The personell was very nice and kind. Special thanks to Georgio and Irina, they were very great. Great hotel really.

Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train.

Small hotel but beautifully presented. Our room had a real baroque feeling which delighted my 16 year old daughter. The location was outstanding. Our room overlooked a canal and watching the gondoliers passing was an added bonus. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.

We were made feel very welcome Staff were always helpful. Our flight home was cancelled and we booked in again for 2 extra nights and hotel reduced the rate for us. Overall fantastic - Excellent staff, good location, a well-run hotel.
