The warm welcome on arrival sets the scene for a most enjoyable stay. Nothing is too much trouble including bringing our delicious (and large) breakfast to our room each morning. Located in the centre of old Tivoli, everything is a 5 minute stroll away. A truly facinating building with comfortable rooms to match. Visiting Tivoli? You have got to stay here.
The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating; the town is fun to
explore and the hosts were very helpful with suggestions for eating and
sightseeing; Marco picked up a train schedule for us as we told him we

This is not a usual hotel. The very nice decorated rooms are part of the owners house in the centre of old Tivoli. The friendly owners, the familiy like feeling with good breakfast and close to all interesting sight seeing points are perfect.
Carmina was extremely helpful and sent extra instructions to find the parking which was a god-send. The room was lovely and comfortable.
Nice antique room with inventive solutions, particularly for bathroom- built on blind staircase.

I cannot think of a single thing that was wrong ... apart from having to leave.
Parking was a bit challenging....but this is the case for most
places in Italy.
