The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

The place is realy nice. It's not in the center of the Florence but as we came with a car that was not a problem.Hotel is great and placed on the hill and very peaceful. Breakfast was great . We arrived there very late (11pm), and forgot to call the place and
notify them. We were very worried about unable to check in that night.
But fortunately, they left the keys and instruction for us at the door.
The cottage was super nice, with a pravite pool and garden. We really

Villa is perfect place for those that look autenthic experience in Toscana. Quiet, close by Florence, Pisa, Sienna... and after active day outside you may enjoy beautiful garden and view.
