  If there were scores greater than 10, this hotel deserves it. From the hospitality and comfort of checking in (sitting on the balcony drinking a complementary wine) to the fantastic breakfast...and all the special touches in between (shuttle service, internet)...the best hotel I have ever stayed at...The hotel staff was by far the best ever exper... hva folk sier » ienced... a level above. The room was superb. - I had high expectations for this hotel, but we were still blown away by the conscientiousness of the staff, attention to detail in the rooms, and overall sense of precision. This is a lovely and very special place, and the breakfast doesn't disappoint! Even as a vegan, I found myself with more delicious options than can be properly sampled in a single meal. And a great view of Etna, too!

  We adored this hotel. It's beautifully decorated with antiques etc. The location is perfect for the old part of Taormina and they run bus transfers to a couple of beaches for €8 and €10. If you arrive by bus and are unfamiliar with Taormina we recommend getting a cab to the hotel as it would be difficult to find initially. In fact as soon as we would arrive in reception they would leave whatever work they wer - Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - a very pretty, small and intimate hotel. It had a very nice terrace area for relaxing in the heat of the afternoon and our room had its own private terrace too. Breakfast was extremely good, with lots of choice and some local specialities which we liked very much. Quiet, but convenient for the centre of Taormina.

  The view is impecable, the rooms decent and the staff very friendly - Having only the website to assist us in making our decision we were disappointed when we finally arrived at the hotel. What was surely a very impressive hotel at one stage we found to be rather dated and not as comfortable as we had been led to believe.

  Beliggenheten på hotellet var ok - staff friendliness - We were assigned a room with a nice shared balcony and a stunning sea view. The ladies at the reception desk were very nice and helpful.

  The front desk was great in planning our activities. The pool and the view of the coast and Mt Etna was beautiful. Walk to town is 2 minutes.
