Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. He offered a great overview of things to see and do not only in Sorrento but on the Amalfi Coast. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to suggest some great restaurants. At first sight, we were we were disappointed with the rather basic room. However, as soon as we saw the huge terrace, overlooking the Bay of Naples, we forgot about the room. (Who needs luxury with a view like that??).
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - perfect location, clean, friendly staff, free wifi at all times and great pool.

Very responsive staff. We had a problem with the bathroom on our last night. It was pretty late. Nevertheless, the staff came immediately to assist and even allowed us to us the facilities in the adjacent room seeing that we were checking out early the next morning.

Great location in the old quarter in the center of Sorrento. Everything was perfect. The apartment was bi-level, bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a small kitchen upstairs, which allowed us to cook a few nights and then dine out a few nights. It is also an easy 30 minute train ride from Sorrrento to Pompei and 15 more minutes to Herculanaem. Staff at Magi House were wonderful. The owner Mariano wants to make sure that you have a great stay.

The hotel is located on a very scenic spot of Sorrento, on a cliff. My wife like the decoration and setting of the hotel, she ranked it the best hotel. This comment is not light considering we have traveled a lot over the past 30 years. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.

Very nice hotel, a kilometer from the circumvesuviana train station. Near from the town centre, good views of the mountains from the room. Very friendly staff, supermarkets, restaurants nearby.
