  We received a surprise upgrade, hotel staff was friendly and helpfulwith maps, town info., Booking chianti grand tour, and view from terracewas stunning - Very nice hotel. Good size room. Helpful staff. Highly recommended. Short walk to attractions. Good size parking lot.
