  The staff was super nice and hospitable. They waited up for us to arrive after midnight! The room and bathrooms were clean. It was very close to the Sienna's city center and parking was included and accessible. The fresh pastries were delicious and warm. The location is great, but if you're sensitive to noise and care about the quality of your sleep then make sure you're not getting the street view room. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I wo - If you want to feel the atmosphere of a small, typical medieval city, this hotel gives you everything you need. Located on a narrow street, it is part of the fine city-fabric and is right next to the main square. The staff is great, ready to help, polite and friendly. I even got a 120€ parking ticket and they helped me reduce it to 40€. Hats down to you guys.

  Staff is extra nice. Out of the ordinary nice. Really, the best point in the Hostel. Shared twim rooms are a good solution if you want to avoid the giant dorm experience (my case). The rooms lack any charm but are clean and well kept, so are the shared bathrooms (yet the place was quite empty during my very short stay, in November). Free overnig... hva folk sier » ht parking right in front of the building. - probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in: very clean, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast make this the best possible price/quality ratio! as this is low season (mid november) i even got an upgrade to a double room by myself! you can easily go downtown with the bus (the bus stop is just outside the hostel) and you can walk (about 20 min) to the train station

  The staff was incredibly friendly and accomidating. It was in a good location. I would definately stay there again. - Location, location, location - very convenient and safe.
