Le Chiarine really is a little jewel. Three times we have stayed there now and we have never been disappointed. Right on the edge of Siena’s historical centre, this B&B is run by two lovely ladies, both called Chiara. It is a stone’s throw from the basilica of San Domenico and is perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are in a grand house just outside the walls of Sienna but on a quiet street only 15 minutes walk from the centre of the town and all the historic areas, Very comfortable large airy room overlooking part of the city. The owner is delightful, very helpful and friendly and speaks good English. Free parking in the street to the front of the building was no problem. Breakfast was excellent with all the normal continental breads etc. A great place to stay when visiting Siena and the surrou.
An excellent, comfortable & relaxed B & B in a quiet location but within a short walk to the centre of Siena. A great breakfast too with a great choice.
Le Chiarine has a small kitchen area where, after hard day of sight seeing, you can help yourself to tea & coffee along with fruit & the odd biscuit or two.
One recommedation if you decide to visit Siena make sure you're there for the weekly Wednesday market. Absolutely brilliant.

Great location out of the busyness of Siena, very quiet which was lovely, and views from the rooms. The rooms ate light and airy, clean and comfortable. Still a quick walk to town. Wonderful host who bakes Italian treats daily for the guests - very tasty. Lots if help as required with tours, taxis, and recommendations for non-touristy restaurant. Happily recommend to travellers.
Chiara & Chiara run a lovely B&B in a charming old house with
beautiful painted ceilings and lots of pretty details. Very clean and
comfortable with good size room and modern shower room and lots of
towels. We had an early departure time and Chiara booked a taxi for us
the night before and left breakfast ready for us in the morning. Will
definitely be back.
A completely renovated little abbey with elegent glass stairs and elevator. Roomy, clean, well designed bathroom with new plumbing and shower. Fabulous and big breakfast served in charming dining room. Very helpful and courteous staff. Right off San Antonino piazza, quiet but perfect location. Ideal for families as well as couples.
Found it difficult to find mainly because of one way streets and rain
and then had a ball. Luckily saw the horse track pre race and witnessed
the transformation to the excitement of the provinces and the horse
race. Accommodation within walking distance of the stunning city.
Chiara is wonderful. She went out-of-her-way to accommodate us when we left behind some shoes. It was a very nice B&B. Situated in lovely, quiet neighborhood. New, clean and yummy breakfast. Walking distance to San Dominico. I would definitely stay here again.
The B&B was a surprise to us, being in a commercial building, however the room was quiet and comfortable in an old-world surroundings. The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful. There is a communal kitchen which you can use to make a coffee etc.
Great location, 5 min walk to the city center. Public parking is right next to the building. Room was clean and cosy, exactly like in the pictures. Friendly staff was ready to help. Totally enjoyed our stay.
The situation of the b&b is perfect as very close to city centre but on a quiet tree lined street. The breakfast was good, the room was very clean and the bathroom had the best view ever!.

This place was nice and clean. It wasn't our favorite place we stayed on our trip but it was fine. There is ample free parking.

alone - in a positive way then. The hostesses make you feel at home, and

The rooms are on the second floor and there is no lift but unless you have very heavy bags it is really no problem.

No air conditioning or other means of air circulation, so it it tends to be stuffy as it occupis the top floor of a large building.

The wifi code didn't work, besides it was a really long, complicated
code, so it's not that fun to try over and over...
Expensive for what you got (bathroom was a bit poky). But still good value for Siena!.
Live music which plays till after 1 am. Weak heating system.
Watch out all rooms are on the third floor with no elevator.
