  Location not to far from local town - I loved the house, really beautiful. Located a 10 minute drive from sarzana town, would have been better if could walk but no footpath and bit dicey as along main road. In saying this there was nothing really bad about it, the owners are really nice, friendly and helpful but I wouldn't stay there again. The room was like a mini apartment - with a small sitting area, large bathroom and large bedroom. The small fridge and kettle were great to have. The bedroom itself was pretty and breakfast included more than enough pastries and coffee. All in all, it was a very relaxing, comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
