Heating and air conditioning are available at extra cost. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 30% deposit via bank transfer. This will not be refundable and should be paid within 5 days of the booking. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.

Outside you’ll find another covered kitchen area, as well as a terrace with wicker furniture where you can relax and enjoy the garden views. Children will enjoy the play area and garden toys. You can bring your own bed linen and towels to Casa Beatrice, or choose to rent them on site for convenience. Optional heating and air conditioning are also available to make your stay even more comfortable. A 40-minute drive will take you from the house to the historic city of Cagliari, where you can find shops, restaurants and nightlife. Cagliari Elmas Airport is 42 km away.
