The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not get his nam, but the shuttle driver was very courteous, helpful, and friendly.   The hotel staff was very friendly and mapped everything out for us on how to get to the metro station to the sites to see and the places to go eat. Nice touch with chocolates on the pillow each night, breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and bacon and fruit smoothies. A wide variety and held us over until dinner.
