  we were only in rome for a night on a stopover and only wanted a place to put the bags so finding the deal on letsbookhotel.com was perfect for us.   Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

  They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a phone in our room. We had a glitch with our cell service and did not have access to our own phone on the trip so this was very helpful. Room was great! Clean, homey, attractively decorated, comfortabl... Our host, when hearing that we would not be available when he normally brought guests breakfast, brought us breakfast groce - It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day, the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call and my rescuer worked out getting me in. He was very nice, but didn't speak any English - we didn't speak any Italian, so there were some
