Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome. Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome!
It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building.
Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc.

Great value for money. No laundry service but Fabrizio offered to take laundry to a serviced place around the corner. 15 mins to Pantheon and loads of restaurants nearby. Breakfast not included in rate but kettle was available in small kitchen so we could make tea. Room a good size with a day bed so we could have both cases open a t the same time.

We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen.
Towers were changed everyday and beds were made.
Hot water for shower was good and consistent.
There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".

Loved the decoration, the rooms were very modern, well furnished and clean. The location is not as close to vatican as announced, and no close to metro, but the bedrooms were really worth it and had such a fare price. The staff was really friendly although they don't stay in the place, and sometimes you have to call them, but still very friendly.
