San Giovanni in Laterano is just crossing the street, the Colosseum ~15 mins walking, Santa Maria Maggiore ~10mins walking... the perfect place to be in Rome and visit the most important points of interest without the need of taking public transportation. To go to the catacombs just take the bus almost in front of the B&B.

The B&B was in the neigbourhood of the Colosseum, 10 minutes by foot, so we could reach everything easily. Our host was very firendly, helped so much when we arrived. Good location, away from the tourists but not far from the attractions. Room very clean and all the appliances were of a modern and high standard. Great kitchen with everything one would need. Very comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Especially during the colder months where I found the room lovely and warm.
