The owner he is so nice and helpful. Location is very good, close to the tourist hot spots, near restaurants, very convenient; rooms is so lovely( this is the best room when i stayed in Italy) also clean and tidy, and I give a high rating, I will stay again at this place when I come to rome next time. -

Despite a death in the immediate family, the proprietors at the B&B
made sure their guests were welcomed with friendliness, maps, and
suggestions for restaurants. Breakfasts were set for each day and staff
intermittently were on site to provide information in English.. They
provided access to luggage storage on our departure day.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. i arrived at midnight and staff waited there to help me checking in. The hostel is nicely decorated. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to a bus stop and Metro station, so you can get to city center easily. Bathroom is clean.

The location was perfect. It's two minutes walking distance from the subway station and was 20 minutes by subway to termini train station. It's 10 minutes walking distance from the Vatican and you can easily walk here from city centre at night. We have walked all three nights very late and we did not see any danger in the neighbourhood. Staff was very kind and helpful. Very clean and decent. I would definitely recommend it but would like to say not to expect too much space in the room.

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and

Everything was perfect, it is really a B&B, just because there is no 24h reception, but I would perfectly call it a Hotel, in fact a 4 stars hotel. It is really near the Vatican and the underground station, so you are virtually close to everything you need.
