The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

Breakfast was excellent with good choice (scrambled eggs, bacon and smoked sausage, cold meats, cereals, pastries, breads, fruit, yoghurt and much more). Beds comfortable and well-maintained. No noise and had a great nights sleep after a busy day sight seeing. Airy and good size rooms with attractive, modern décor. Near train and bus station (5 minute walk). Central location.

The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet so if ur looking to relax after the many tours then this place is for you. -

This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There
is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year
old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and

The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip. I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. What a lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff who made you feel so welcome. The room was small but well decorated with air con and free safe. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome
