Rommet var ferdig ved innsjekk selv om vi kom før kl 1400. Dobbeltrommene er greit utstyrt. Badene er romslige og rene. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well.

Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

I had three wonderful days here and already want to go back. My room was compact but very comfortable and clean. I had a facial and a manicure and it was real luxury.
