The location is excellent in Rome,my wife and I walked to all attractions in Rome from there, with the help of a map. Arriving by train it about 10 minute walk from Metro station to hotel. Hotel is about 200 mtrs from Vatican walls.Owners of hotel are great.There are a couple of small supermarkets close by if you need anything.Th ehotel is on the third floor of a building, only sign from outside is a plaque on the wall next to front door. Great value for money.

Excellent service, thank you Flavio! Homelike and peaceful room. The location of the hotel was great. We recommend this guest house to anyone who want to see city of Vatican and Rome. Also have places to shop for clothes at a reasonable price near the hotel and very comfortable restaurants very near as well. The room was 4 floors up but the building had a lift so that was fine. The staff was all very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the private bath was fine. Good wi-fi! the location is very close to the Vatican and close to the Metro station also. Clean, quiet room (we were on the back side). Continental breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Good location. Easy walk or metro ride to most sites including main train station. Great bathroom, tasty breakfast (1 croissant, thee or coffee, 4-6 slices of bread, orange juice, jam and butter) served in hotelroom, kind staff!. Situated just outside the Vatican. Friendly staff. Position. Can hear breakfast being made from the double room nearest the kitchen, not great for light sleepers. We were in a triple room and it was very tight but manageable. Staff seemed friendly enough; however, their lack of Enlgish and our lack of Italian was frustrating. Poor communication. We were moved to another hotel for the last night and given no explanation. No tea making facilities in room. problem with the shower plumbing, resulting in bad drainage smells.
