The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack again. He checked us in, gave us a room based on his trust and empathy. Amazing staff! Luckily the taxi driver drove back and handed back the forgotten ba.
alle vurderinger » Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!. Location is very good for sight seeing, 15 minutes walk from Spanish Steps, and to many other tourist attractions. Alessandro at the reception was very helpful and friendly, as well as the ladies who served breakfast and provided room service. Couldn't have asked for more. We loved the staff and the owner Alessandro , they give you a great feeling always smiling always helping , the rooms where very very clean . Even the woman who cleaned the rooms always smilled and always made the room perfect . Loved the breakfast . Loved everything. The building itself is great. The reception area/staff are very professional and welcoming. Suggested 2 great restaurants for lunch/evening. The rooms were of a high standard. The buffet breakfast was simple but enough. Coffee excellent. Lvely staff and excellent service: they really make sure that all your desires are fullfilled. Location of the place is also excellent. Breakfast is good for Italian standards and the rooms are nicely decorated with big bathrooms. Super cute hotel, really well decorated, comfy bed, amazing shower...definitely my favorite part! The Hotel is 10mins walking from the Spanish steps, the staff are really helpful and nice especially Alessandro, the rooms are new, cozy and very nicely decorated. Assendro and his staff are wonderfully helpful. The location is A+...easy to access the Metro and all the 5-Star hotels are within a 2 block radius!. Not very child friendly, did not have a baby feeding chair for breakfast.The hotel is situated on the 4th and 5th floors of a building, the elevator is very small and kind of old, hence it was not so easy to get in with a stroller. Nothing. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This may be a bit "old fashioned" but its something I do like. I wouldn't recommend going there with small children as there are no real common areas ie. lobby etc and the room gets a bit small with kids. Also, we were very stressed about the noise our kids were making as the place is quite small. Excellent place for solos or couples though. Even though the place is very nice and service is excellent, I wouldn't call it a 4* hotel but rather a "pensionat". No complaints at all. I wish we could have figured the TV and AC systems a little better. Help from staff was not always perfect. No variation in breakfast menu so if we had been stopping any longer that 4 days we would have gone out for something different. We were given the room next to the breakfast area and it could get a bit noisy in the mornings + also the doors were not super insulated so you could here the noise of the corridor, in our case also the noise of the lobby/cafeteria. I missed to have some snacks on the fridge or an snack vendor machine somewhere near. Room a little small. Breakfast could have had more choice. the front-end like a conventional building, do not expect a hotel there. the bathroom has no tub as shown in the photos. Limited facilities (but that was clear from the outset) and not a problem for us. The curtain had a tear in my room , need to change. in the hotel was no bar or lobby so we couldn't drink anything there in the evening. The breakfast was served at the room. The wi-fi wasn't working. There was not enough of hot water in the morning (which is very important).
