We stayed with two kids }5 and 8) only for one-night stop on our way to U.S. but definitely will use it again when we go to Roma for few days to see the city
- perfect place in city center, nearby is a small plaza with fountain
- authentic feeling of Roma's "genius loci"
-walking distance to Colosseum (you can see it from window), DiTrevi fountain etc.
- simple B&B, clean, enough space, all you really need is there

I loved everything. You can see the colluseum from the window! The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff couldn't of helped us more. Carried our bags, helped with maps and booked taxis for us. The breakfast was exceptional and there was always extra sandwiches included for our lunch.
The location is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The room is well equipped with you'd need visiting a vibrant city like Rome.

The location is excellent it only takes 5 minutes to be in the Collosseum. It has many restaurants and a market really close. The staff is really friendly and they solved the problems really fast. The room was clean and you have an expresso machine and a freezer. The breakfast is really good.

It is not a hotel. Is kind of a room to rent and it kind of difficult to communicate with the staff if you don't have wifi. The wifi didn't work the last two days.
Noise coming from the street was too loud till late night.
Plumbing was poor. Sink was backed up. No hot water. Beds are hard as a rock. not enough tolietries in water closet. Refrigerator was broken the entire 7 day stay. Better to go camping in a tent than stay at this hotel..
