Staff is frendly and is excellent in english. It's close to Colleseum. Metro stations Circo Massimo from B-line and Re di Roma from A-line are in 10 minutes of walk. Comfortable flat and сhanging of bed linen. Free breakfast (coffee, 0.2l juce, cake, croissant)ю
Shop with fruit is near a house. Supermarket is on Via ss. Quattro - first building from Colleseum.

The wonderful couple of the owner make our trip to be the most beautiful one. They are really kind and nice people-attractive and elegant lady with her good-tasty husband, they helped us so much. Besides, the room is really decorative, big and comfortable, i can say nothing but appreciation. The only pity is we couldn't stay longer since it was occupied in the following days. Hope could enjoy the lovely place again! Ciao.
We had nice, big, clean and renovated room. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect, the centre of Rome, something like 15min walk till Colliseum. Very pleasant to stay, you will have coffe mashin and we got even electric boiler. In general very good impression, we would definitely recommend this hotel.
We had a very clean, nicely decorated room. The manager/owner was very kind and helpful.

Also, the restaurant across the street was quite good and the neighborhood was more local than touristy. Yet it was a 15 minute walk from the Coliseum/ Forum.

Quiet area, but in 15 minutes from the Colosseum. Metro station a 10-minute walk. Convenient. Near cafes and shops with products. The room is clean, neat, good repair. In the corridor a coffee machine Lavazza (capsule), and 1 capsule per day per person.
Little bit noisy, because a window looks at a street. Italian ambulance is so loud:).
There is no reception, in fact for bed and breakfast it's probably not supposed to be, but staff will meet you and available when nesessary. Internal electric heating for water, so if back too late in hotel may have not very warm water in the shower.
Naturally, being a budget B & B, sharing the bathroom was not ideal, but that was what we paid for.
As a breakfast you get: small jam + few packed (hard to eat for me, but
not for my wife ;) croisant-like objects + (quite good) coffee. At
least it was easy to take away (and you can eat real breakfast in the
bakery nearby).
The only drawback was the bathroom, since they have only one - therefore I had to wait about 30 minutes in the morning.
The location was a little difficult to find, and it's a decently long walk to the Colosseum (where the closest subway entrance is located).

Apartments with a few private rooms and several bathrooms (you can ask for a key from a private bathroom, but the corridor for all guests). There was a problem with the key of the door to the house. Breakfast directly in the room as Boxing including croissant, juice and toast with jam.
