It's indeed a lovely place where you can feel at home, have quiteness while being in the center, at a step from the beach, which is beautiful in winter too, it's very clean and very nice.   Everything! It was beautiful, warm and friendly. The spa is great. The breakfast was the best on our trip with beautiful pastries and fruit along with standards. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice balcony with great view, kitchen area very modern and well stocked. The shower was very nice and had either overhead or hand held shower. Sadly we had problems with our hire car - when we had checked out and the staff could not have been more helpful in aiding us.   The room was cleaned twice a day, which was really nice. The tv had alot of english-speaking channels. Nice - Service is excellent, rooms at the Residenza is better then the main hotel - Great entrance.. people were very very friendly.. hotel is near the beach (though sooo foggy we couldnt enjoy it) and food was delicious
