The location was ideal. A few steps and we were at the beach. The rooms are also very quiet. A plus for those with families. Our family had a blast at the beach and walking on the streets once the sun goes down. A wonderful family adventure. -

The room was cleaned twice a day, which was really nice. The tv had alot of english-speaking channels. Nice - Service is excellent, rooms at the Residenza is better then the main hotel - Great entrance.. people were very very friendly.. hotel is near the beach (though sooo foggy we couldnt enjoy it) and food was delicious

Very friendly family run hotel. Near the beach, and the main street comes to life after about 8pm with fantastic Italian atmosphere and all the shops stay open till about 11:00pm. - Discipline like in the army :) Lunch 13.00, supper 19.30 SHARP ! Felt guilty to be late 5 minutes :) At the end you love it so much you want to stay another day !!!

Perfect Hotel in the centre of Rimini. Nearby the beach, restaurants and bars. (and still quiet). Excellent located. Nice and friendly staff; especially Mary and Alessandra from the bar, very helpfull and with good tips where to go!

We loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. The rooms
were all of an exceptionally high standard. The staff were all friendly
and really looked after us. We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary
with a group of friends and the staff made it for us. Would definitely

Hotel was great value and brilliant location right in the centre of
everything. All staff were exceptionally helpful but particular mention
must go to Michaelangelo and the half Italian half australian chap at
the desk. They couldn't have done more for us. Top top staff and I
have stayed in some of the finest city hotels round the world eg four
seasons, mandarin oriental, ritz-Carlton. Rooms basic but perfectly
adequate, minimal and clean. Great time but the staff made it.
