  The staff is awesome and extremely helpful! There's a great italian guy who would happily greet us in Portuguese every time we passed by him. I miss the staff for the rest of my trip in Italy! TOTALLY recommend!! Besides it is right in the center od Riccione. - Fantastic staff who were really helpful. Great location, easy to find.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in it turned out that our booking through letsbookhotel.com hadn't included our 3 month old baby, so the hotel had reserved a small double room for us. This was resolved and they managed to get us moved into a bigger room within a few days. They also got us a kettle to keep in the room to heat u... hva folk sier » p baby food. Food was great and we managed to sample many dishes during the week we were there. Every meal consisted of two courses, both of which you - The people running the hotel were very warm and welcoming. They had an answer to every question even though they don't really speak english! They were very helpful and even gave me a ride to the train station the day I left. I would definitely stay here again!
