  We stayed for five days and met most of the staff during the visit and everyone was superb. Chap in the breakfast room Phil works for five men alone, very pleasent and always yes. Hotel location is excellent. Room was very quite, clean and AC worked perfectly so all in all 10/10. - Very good hotel. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.   We spent 2 nighst in Hotel Tre Archi. Very easy to find, nice rooms andstaff, and good location. Cannaregio is maybe the best district inVenice: it's close to the Center (either on foot or by vaporetto), butthere're a lot of cheap shops, supermarkets and charming restaurants.Although, on our last day I fell into the water, but I think it's notthe H... hva folk sier » otel's fault:D:D - There was a flood just a day before our arrival. We called up to the hotel and they asked whether we wanted to cancel our booking. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. No we do not regret about this decision and can recommend the hotel to everybody

  The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold. The staff was extremely helpful...5 star service. The location is also perfect. The shuttle worked like a charm. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was excellent.

  The location was very good for us as we had a car to travel to other nearby towns. The staff were friendly, always smiling and offering to help. Our apartment was perfect for us, with a large double bed, single bed and cot bed. The living area was large with dining table , fold out sofa bed, kitchen with all amenities plus a large television.   Accessible. Quiet neighborhood. New (two-years old) and modern. Exceptionally well maintained. Parking on site. Restaurant with good menu. Great value. - There was a very comfortable room, flexible staff and tasty breakfast. In addition there was a good car parking.
