The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. Venice, we intentionally looked for a room with updates and some space
and Carnival delivered both. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was
in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very
short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min
walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival and were upgraded to a suite as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. The suite had 2 bathrooms, a lounge, a full size hot tub and a kingsize circular bed. The breakfast was amazing with a vast array of choices. The pools and facilities were top class and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

We received a really nice welcome on arrival, the young lady at reception was paticularly helpful and although we didn't have a sea view the room was very nice and clean..breakfast was a highlight and the setting is wonderful looking over the pool and the ocean. The hotel is just a short walk to the marina area where there are plenty of places to eat and little alleys to meander in. Hotel is easy to find and has lots of parking, would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 12 nights at the beginning of August. The location is superb with only a short walk along the beautiful lakeshore into Peschiera del Garda town center. There is a public beach only 5 mins from the hotel and a restaurant next door which gives you a 10% discount because you are staying in the hotel. We enjoyed the use of bikes to cycle into the town. This was the second time we have stayed in the hotel and chose it again because we were so pleased with the hotel, location, pool, welcome and our room. - I loved the bikes they had available!
