The room was fantastic, big, comfortable and spotless. There was an enormous terrace with chairs, tables and loungers and clothes drying racks off bedroom. The communal food prep area (no cooking allowed) and lounge area was spot on too and meant you didn't have to eat out every night. Most of all the staff were wonderful.. So helpful and efficient.

The staff were very friendly and cheerful, paid good attention to detail and we were well looked after there. John (the manager) gave us a very useful tour of the hotel on our arrival and was extremely helpful all week. The bar/reception area was a great place to meet in the evening and the hotel provided lovely snacks and nibbles to go with our aperitif. Excellent service, we arrived very late after a long journey after midnight and the owner was waiting to greet us and made us feel very welcome with no problems on late arrival. So unfortunately didn't have very long in the hotel but enjoyed what time we had and would deffinately recommend as a very friendly family run hotel. Rooms very comfortab

Excellent hotel run by a lovely family who take care and interest in their guests. The rooms are large, clean, very comfortable bed and have a balcony with good views. WiFi is fast, parking free and secure and it's quite even though very near motorway and Monte Blanc tunnel. Excellent food in the restaurant, served outside with great views. Pre dinner drink on the house and biscuits as a leaving gift. We hope to return and stay longer next time.

Overall, our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff polite and helpful.
The location, just outside the city centre, was perfect for a relaxed holiday. Meals were taken from local specialities and well prepared.
The wellness area, small but comfortable, is free and enjoyable on a daily basis from 16:00 to 19:00.
