This is truly a great place. Very nice and helpfull staff and nice rooms. I was lucky to have a room with a terrace and the view down the valley. The hotel is located right under the historic center, easy to acces the city, in about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants are all close. - Great Hotel with superb staff and very nice place.

The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.

The group of eight of us stayed at the hotel as our last stop before leaving Italy to bid final farewell to Tuscany. Set on the hillside of the area, the hotel offers comfortable rooms,perfect views and decent facilities. The dinner cooking was wonderful although the breakfast was a bit light. We certainly enjoyed the stay.

We spent one night on the way to Elba. Fantastic Tuscan views, peace and total relaxation on the go. Maybe a little hard to get to the destination. I would recommend for people who like detachment from the crowds. Near the 20 to 30 km two wonderful small and charming towns. Good restaurant. Highly recommended for a relaxing break or stopover. -

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. The rooms were nicely decorated with matching period furniture, showing attention to detail. The hotel facilities were well maintained and the pool area was also beautiful. It was nice to have a pool amenity during our stay, as it was hot in July. Staff was attentive and responsive to our needs.

The service was sensational! This was my faourite hotel in italy because of the service. Everything. Extremely friendly and helpful staff: Alessia in particular could not do enough for us and spoke excellent English. Superb comfortable and elegant room and bathroom ( we had a superior double); great location 2km outside Arezzo, pleasant grounds ( in summer the outside gardens and terrace bar etc would be superb). The hotel was a traditional listed building, simple but comfortable. The owner was very warm and welcoming, and took great care with our dietary requirements, even serving specially made dishes for dinner and breakfast. Arezzo was a beautiful, easy town to visit, stunning on a sunny day.
