  The Hotel was walking distance of the Duomo and other famous sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful with local info and maps. Shopping there was great at the Mercato Centrale. - Staff 100% friendly and helpful. Very central location.

  The stuff!!! "Il signore" looks like a person from Visconti's movies. He knows everithing about Florence and hotels. Very kind!!! The breakfast was good, the room nice, the situation of the Hotel excellent. Anyway we passed first without seeing the name of the hotel (is very small written). - The owners were so nice and helpful.   this place is in a great location, close to the main train station and all the sights. owner was very helpful on sight and train info, he is a really lovely guy. very cheap too - the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, very central.

  We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 4 Assi and the manager was always helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room is cosy and clean and located in a quiet area of Viareggio super close to the beach.   We loved Vecchio Asilo! Proprietors were so hospitable, served a wonderful breakfast.   I really like the location of the hotel, it is almost at the center of the city and close to the train station. the guy in charge of the hotel was very helpful and kind. he let us know about the attractions of the city showing them on the city map and drawing routes for us. besides he suggested a good restaurant and a nice wine shop. the decora... hva folk sier » tion is another plus. - The receptionist was so helpful, friendly, the location is just amazing, almost everything to see in Florence is walking distance. The whole place was super clean, I wondered how they keep it that way. wi-fi works so well, there is a commune computer as well. also they allow you to drop the bags off at the lobby and come back later, after you check out.
