  This is truly a great place. Very nice and helpfull staff and nice rooms. I was lucky to have a room with a terrace and the view down the valley. The hotel is located right under the historic center, easy to acces the city, in about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants are all close. - Great Hotel with superb staff and very nice place.

Short/ bus ride to city center. - The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

  The staff was very nice. Our room and bathroom were both nice and large for my sister and I, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was sweet, and everything was supplied for a nice meal in the mornings.   A residential location and metro connection to downtown were excellent. Large, well supplied COOP supermarket and excellent coffee shop for breakfast around the corner. B apartment was well designed and comfortable. C receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable and did what she could to help us get the correct apartment.   The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was ... hva folk sier » clean and comfy. The only down i can think about is that there should have been a wifi connection with no extra cost. For conclusion, a great value pe - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.
