  Location was fantastic - on a quiet street only 50m from the Dome. Teh continental breakfast was very good, but cheap, and delivered to your room. Staff were very friendly and offered advice on the places to go, the places where you would need a booking. Definitely a place we'd return to. Sara, the manager, spoke Englishfluently and was very helpful in answering questions regarding buses,trains, museums/tickets, just about everything we wanted to know.   Our stay in Mistral was excellent. The location is superb, the staff in the hotel cannot do enough for you. Arranged car hire for us & checked bus time tables etc. Tomas was very friendly, we had a truly brilliant 5 night stay in Elba & will definitely return at some stage!   We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We got the room with a backyard view which was relatively quiet. I can imagine the street view rooms can be quite noisy. We were two but the room was for three so it was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was ok with hot water available at all times. The room was cleaned daily. At the - The hotel staff were fantastic! Very helpful. The man on duty when we arrived offered to let us park in his parking space which was right in front of the Hotel. It was a Sunday so the parking was free if, you could find a spot. The nice man went out and moved his car so we could take his park space. Then, the next day, since it was Monday and parking wasn't free; he drove our car to another location for a reasonable £15 a day. Personal valet, loved it!!! Breakfast was croissants, yogurt, bran,
