  Terrific location, nice and well priced restaurant, good selection at breakfast and on site parking - Our room was beautiful with a huge four poster bed and a balcony with views overlooking the ocean.   Neas is really in the heart of romantic Noto. It is really close to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. If you wish, small parking space is available right at the door, however I don't know whether it's free or not. Even though this is only B&B and we did not expect 24h service, there's always everybody awaiting your arrival. Bathrooms are quite small and if you're over 6ft you may encounter ceiling being very close. - The hotel was centrally located with parking nearby. It was quiet and comfortable and also a stylish, classical building.The staff were friendly and efficient. It was nice to see young people managing it.
