  Hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful. Interior of the room was really nice. Equipped with a Safe, Refridgerator which contained free bottles of water, electric kettle a choice of teabags. Night were very quiet and peaceful, we were not disturbed by any noises. Bathroom was very spacious. Water pressure of the shower was strong.   Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. Communication with the manager, Matteo, was excellent and he was very friendly and helpful with everything - not to mention all the great insider tips he had for us! We were glad to be there in the low season, when Cala Gonone is almost empty (i.e. no tourists), - We traveled to Cala Gonone as a young couple and found Residence Biriola very easy to find. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis.   Despite of its location, the hotel is trying hard to be posh and contemporary and somehow creates its ambient separate from the outside world. It was convenient to have a restaurant attached - it could be too posh in a sense though. - The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a lot of taste. The bathroom is superb.

  Everything! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the Spa is simply amazing! Breakfast was very rich with many options and individual orders for type of eggs and coffee are taken as part of their regular service. Although we didn't need it, there is free parking space available. The hotel is highly recommendable! The owner was there all the time to make - The general quality of the accommodation was excellent, the gardens beautifully maintained and the location between town and beach perfect. Breakfast was generally good but even though most of the guests clearly came through a UK tour company, local cheese instead of processed packets would have been appreciated. Most guests seemed to thin it was perfect.

Great location of the hotel/resort Good food in the restaurant, decent quality lunch and a great dinner - Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and beach really nice.
