The room was very large and comfortable. The facilities were superb. The fridge was fully laden with water cheese ham yogurts milk cold drinks, and the cupboard was stacked with bread croissants cutlery tea coffee. More than enough. We had a fine balcony and although it overlooked the street, it was nice to be able to sit out and enjoy a tea time drink. It is centrally located only 2 minutes walk from the front and the old town. Couldn't fault it.

Everything was great! Thaks a lot to this hotel and its excellant staff! Location is perfect, there are some beautiful beaches accessible by foot and great possibility to explore Costa Smeralda. Very helpful and friendly staff who assisted us finding the hotel since it is in a new area and is not well indicated. We got a welcome drink and some home-made sweets. The location, just inside the city walls and with a look to the harbour from the breakfest terrace is exellent. There is no nolise from the piazza below and the aircon is effective and quiet.
Even the 5 to 10 minutes walk along the harbour to the parking lot is enjoyable.
The host and his staff is very helpfull giving a first class treatment. -
